Every legal text, in order to be correctly applied, must be understood, and that is precisely what this work seeks: to explain and provide an understanding of each of its articles,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The former official also considered that municipal legislation must evolve as the needs of the State and local governments change, which is why he valued the proposals contained in the publication to strengthen the current regulatory framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We recommend reading:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cToday it is inconceivable for a law to remain without revisions for so long.
