Monte Plata.\u2013<\/strong> Dozens of residents from the El Cacique community, in the municipal district of Boy\u00e1, received free medical assistance during a health operation that included consultations, distribution of medications, enrollment in the National Health Insurance (SeNaSa)<\/a>, and the distribution of lamps to low-income families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event was organized by political leader Anderson de los Santos, with the support of the Organization for Development and Community Advancement, SeNaSa, the National Health Service (SNS), as well as other institutions and community leaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The initiative is part of a program that seeks to bring health services closer to communities in the Monte Plata province, especially to sectors with the greatest needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De los Santos explained that this operation is part of a series of initiatives that have already been carried out in communities such as El Vig\u00eda, in Yamas\u00e1, and a batey in Sabana Grande de Boy\u00e1. Likewise, he announced that they will soon reach El Port\u00f3n and Los Guineos, also in Yamas\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThis is a small operation, but one with a great impact. Our goal is to continue bringing these services to the communities that need them the most,\u201d he\/she expressed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the activity, she\/he expressed gratitude for the support of community leaders, especially the leader known as Majijo, for her collaboration in organizing the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Majijo highlighted the participation of the residents and valued the opportunity for dozens of people to receive medical care and medication at no cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Among those who benefited was Juan Figuereo, who highlighted the ease of obtaining his SeNaSa affiliation and described the event as well-organized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI came to get my SeNaSa card and they resolved it for me without any problem. I see that the operation is very well organized and people are being served in a very orderly manner,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Similarly, Rosa Vidal expressed her gratitude for the delivery of medication to control hypertension, a health condition she suffers from.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The organizers indicated that they will continue to develop these types of sessions with the goal of facilitating access to preventive medical services and contributing to the well-being of the most vulnerable communities in Monte Plata.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
