Two officers from the Dominican Republic’s General Directorate of Migration (DGM) are under investigation after they were filmed transporting a Haitian man lying across a motorcycle in San Juan province.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to a source familiar with the agency, the foreign national was detained after allegedly resisting arrest. He had reportedly been identified as a suspect in the theft of items from a local business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
