Court of the Judicial District of <a href=\"https:\/\/deultimominuto.com\/elecciones-colombia\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"679107\">Monte Plata<\/a> postponed this Wednesday morning the hearing for the coercive measure against four men accused of their alleged participation in the robbery of an armored truck and a gas station, where 12 million pesos were stolen, located in the municipal district of Don Juan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The hearing was rescheduled for this Friday at 9:00 a.m., after the defense attorneys requested the postponement in order to have sufficient time to study the case file and prepare the defense strategy for their clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The defendants are Juan Carlos Su\u00e1rez L\u00f3pez, Benito S\u00e1nchez Garc\u00eda, Aneuris Adolfo Ortiz Ogando, and Remy Alberto Gonz\u00e1lez Ad\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">We recommend reading: <a class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the defense attorneys, their clients have no connection to the facts attributed to them by the Public Prosecutor&#8217;s Office, which is why they maintain that they will prove their innocence during the judicial process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is expected that at next Friday&#8217;s hearing, the Public Prosecutor&#8217;s Office
