From that date on, the former president will be eligible to receive the lifetime pension that Colombian legislation grants to former presidents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with current regulations, this benefit is equivalent to 100% of the monthly allowance received by congress members.
