Ukraine accused Russia of providing the Iranian regime with satellite imagery of United States<\/a> positions in the Persian Gulf to improve the accuracy of Iranian attacks<\/strong> against the U.S. military deployment in the region.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to President Volodymyr Zelensky<\/strong>, Ukrainian intelligence services have detected since the beginning of this month active surveillance by Russian satellites over Gulf states and United States military facilities<\/strong> in the Middle East. The president added that he will order the information regarding this new assistance from Russia to the Iranian regime to be shared with Kiev’s allies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The president stated that there is \u201ca clear correlation between the images taken by Russian satellites and Iranian attacks.\u201d As he explained, that relationship appears before the bombings, as preparation, and afterwards, to assess the damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>The Ukrainian president specified that on July 19 and 20<\/strong>, four air bases attacked by Iran were within the area of interest of Russian satellites. He detailed that two were in Bahrain<\/strong>, one in Jordan<\/strong>, and one in Kuwait<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zelensky’s statements became known after United States President Donald Trump<\/strong> warned Russia on Friday to refrain from participating in the Iran war. That message alluded to the distribution of weapons and not to the delivery of satellite images or other types of combat information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>Trump maintained, meanwhile, that if Russia and China sell weapons to Iran \u201cit would be very detrimental to them\u201d<\/strong>. He added that he received personal assurances from Russian President Vladimir Putin to that effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The U.S. president also said that, in a recent meeting in Beijing, Chinese leader Xi Jinping<\/strong> assured him that under no circumstances would he deliver or sell weapons to Iran, including Chinese companies. Trump summarized his position by stating that, in his opinion, two countries that are often talked about in relation to Iran are not participating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The United States<\/strong> Army halted nearly 14 consecutive days of bombing in Iran<\/strong> as President Trump awaits progress toward a diplomatic solution following the re-escalation of the conflict, according to reports from U.S. and Israeli media this Saturday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trump ordered the U.S. Armed Forces not to carry out new attacks on Friday, after nearly two weeks of daily aggression, to \u201cgive more space to diplomacy,\u201d Axios reported based on two anonymous sources close to the decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, an Israel<\/strong> official stated to the Israeli Public Broadcasting Corporation (KAN) that the country’s government was preparing for a \u201cpowerful U.S. bombardment\u201d the previous night, but that Trump postponed it to give the Iranians \u201canother chance to return to the negotiating table.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The accounts coincided with a statement from the Iranian<\/strong> Minister of Health, Hossein Kermanpour, who noted on his social media that \u201cfortunately, no attack was recorded last night.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIt seems our dear Iran had a quiet night last night, and no part of its body was hit or struck,\u201d the minister wrote on X.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The news emerged two weeks after the war between the United States<\/strong> and Iran<\/strong> intensified, after Trump terminated the memorandum of understanding to pause the aggressions, which began on February 28.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
