The rector of the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo (UASD), Dr. Jorge Asjana David, received a delegation from the Dominican Students Federation (FED), led by its president, Pedro Mart\u00ednez, with the purpose of listening to the main concerns of the student body and strengthening the quality of the services offered by the state academy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During the meeting held in the University Council Hall, student representatives presented proposals related to course registration and withdrawal processes, the refurbishment of the FED headquarters, and the strengthening of academic orientation programs. In that context, the rector stated that “without the unions, the UASD does not advance,” highlighting the role of students as fundamental actors in university life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
