Breastfeeding should not depend solely on the mother&#8217;s individual effort; it needs information, empathy, and a true support network,\u201d expressed <strong>Alfania Mendoza<\/strong>, founder of PrimerizaRD, prenatal educator, and certified lactation consultant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">First day at Acropolis Business Mall<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The activity on August 1st will include the keynote lecture <strong>\u201cBreastfeeding in its early stages: what every family should know\u201d<\/strong>, delivered by <strong>Dr. Jasmely Castillo<\/strong>, a pro-breastfeeding pediatrician.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During their presentation, topics such as the first hour of life, skin-to-skin contact, the production and benefits of colostrum, the establishment of breast milk, correct latching, recommended positions, and the signs that allow for identifying effective milk transfer will be addressed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Subsequently, <strong>Alfania Mendoza<\/strong> will present the lecture <strong>\u201cBreastfeeding and returning to work\u201d<\/strong>, focused on preparation during maternity leave, safe milk expression and storage, creating a home milk bank, family organization, and strategies to continue breastfeeding after returning to work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event will also feature the discussion <strong>\u201cLet&#8217;s Talk About Breastfeeding: Myths and Realities\u201d<\/strong>, moderated by <strong>Maria Laura Carpio<\/strong>, with the participation of <strong>Nathali Castillo<\/strong>, perinatal psychologist;
