According to investigators, she had traveled to Serbia for a two-week stay and had rented an apartment in the capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Police believe the suspect killed Turkova in an apartment in the Borca area before placing her body in a suitcase and dumping it in the Vizelj Canal, where it was later discovered by a police dog during the search operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The suspect was arrested at Belgrade&#8217;s airport as he allegedly attempted to leave the country.
