The incident occurred on July 26 in the San Carlos sector, in the National District.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The detainee was identified as <strong>Yeudi Miguel Hern\u00e1ndez Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, known as <strong>&#8220;Yeo&#8221;<\/strong>, 26 years old, who went to the Department of Investigations of Crimes and Offenses against the Person (Homicides), where he remained in custody to continue with the investigative process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the law enforcement institution, the surrender occurred after several days of location efforts carried out by investigative teams in coordination with the Public Prosecutor&#8217;s Office.
