However, the main risk factor will be humidity, with dew points near 70 degrees, which will increase the mugginess and favor dangerous conditions for those who remain outdoors for prolonged periods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Given this situation, authorities recommended staying hydrated, avoiding intense physical activities during the hottest hours, wearing light clothing, and remaining in air-conditioned spaces whenever possible. They also urged paying special attention to the elderly, children, and people with chronic illnesses, who are more vulnerable to suffering complications related to high temperatures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition to the heat, meteorologists warned about the possibility of rain and thunderstorms during the afternoons and evenings of the coming days.
