Santo Domingo.-<\/strong>The government of President Luis Abinader closes its sixth year in office, and the second of his second constitutional term, with a 55.5% approval rating among Dominicans who express a defined position, according to the most recent measurement by AtlasIntel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The figures corresponding to the Dominican Republic were released by AtlasIntel through its official account on X, as part of its public opinion measurements on the approval of government management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the current cut, the approval of the management stands at 52.1% including undecideds and rises to 55.5% among those who express a defined opinion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The results show that, after six years of administration, the Government maintains majority support. More than half of Dominicans with a defined position approve of the way Luis Abinader is leading the Government of the Dominican Republic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2025, Nate Silver’s Silver Bulletin gave it an A+ rating and placed it first in its overall ranking of pollster quality in the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of their best-known cases occurred in Argentina in 2023. AtlasIntel was the only pollster that correctly placed Sergio Massa as the winner of the first round, at a time when other measurements were overestimating Javier Milei’s performance. Subsequently, their runoff studies anticipated a victory for Milei over Massa, correctly identifying who would end up reaching the Presidency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More recently, in the 2026 Colombian presidential elections, AtlasIntel stood out once again by detecting the strong growth of Abelardo de la Espriella, placing him practically tied with Iv\u00e1n Cepeda in its final measurement before the first round. According to a balance sheet subsequently released by the firm and reviewed by Semana, AtlasIntel obtained the most accurate estimate of that first round, a result with which it raised to 102 the number of electoral processes in which it claims to have produced the closest measurement to the final result over the last seven years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De la Espriella ended up winning the first round with 43.7%, ahead of the 40.9% obtained by Cepeda, and subsequently won the Presidency of Colombia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
