Puerto Rico<\/strong>.- Raphy Pina’s supervised release<\/strong> must be maintained until July 2027, according to a recommendation submitted to the Federal Court by the United States Probation Office (USPO), which opposed the music producer’s defense request to end the restrictions early.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The federal agency’s position is stated in a motion submitted by Probation Officer Sugeily Rivera Suazo. The statement responds to the petition filed by Rafael \u201cRaphy\u201d Pina Nieves’ attorneys for the court to terminate the period of supervised release related to his conviction for illegal possession of firearms before the established date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n According to the information presented to the court, the Probation Office found no grounds to justify reconsidering the duration of Raphy Pina’s supervised release<\/strong>, which is scheduled to expire in July 2027.<\/p>\n\n\n\n As part of her evaluation, Rivera Suazo pointed out the producer’s judicial background.
