According to preliminary witness accounts, the mixer truck may have suffered brake failure before striking the Mercedes-Benz. Both vehicles caught fire following the collision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Emergency crews from Civil Protection, Nuevo Le\u00f3n Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene to extinguish the flames and cool the vehicles.
