He also laughed while discussing his possible sentence, saying that \u201clife or death\u201d was a situation in which he would lose either way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gress acknowledged his involvement in the teenager\u2019s death but attempted to minimize his responsibility, saying he did not kill Miranda directly.
