Her defense argues that she should not be held legally responsible because she was experiencing <strong>postpartum psychosis, hallucinations and delusions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prosecutors, however, maintain that the killings were intentional and that Clancy was capable of understanding her actions.
