Vice President JD Vance defended the proposal, saying U.S. tariffs had generated significant revenue and arguing that Americans should share in the benefits of what he described as the country\u2019s growing wealth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Trump also defended the U.S. war with Iran, saying oil prices would fall once the conflict ends, and warned that the country could become \u201ca communist country\u201d if Democrats win.
