Madrid. Declassified reports on the mass arrival of migrants from Morocco to Ceuta in late July allegedly show that Spanish Prime Minister Pedro S\u00e1nchez failed to act despite receiving a warning about the expected migrant flow into the autonomous city, according to Madrid regional president Isabel D\u00edaz Ayuso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ayuso said Thursday that official government documents directly implicate S\u00e1nchez for failing to take measures after authorities warned about the migrant influx. The People’s Party leader questioned the central government’s handling of immigration and border security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDespite being able to prevent this tragedy, they deliberately allowed so much damage to occur,\u201d Ayuso said, according to Europa Press.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
