In an interview with The Sunday Times Style<\/em>, the 45-year-old entrepreneur and SKIMS founder described her time single as a positive period in her life. Although she later had relationships, Kardashian said she spent about five years generally avoiding actively searching for a new partner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI was really single for five years. And that felt really good. I was able to focus on my kids and projects that I really wanted to be involved in,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Kardashian explained that she never felt pressured to find someone new. Instead, she said she needed time to work on herself after a difficult period in her personal life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cI really didn\u2019t feel rushed. I didn\u2019t feel empty either,\u201d she said. \u201cI felt like I needed my time. I wanted to fully heal and work on myself. I wasn\u2019t ready to open myself up. I really wasn\u2019t even thinking about it.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n She also reflected on her approach to that period of her life, saying, \u201cThe universe works in your favor when you just let it flow.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n Kardashian and West married in 2014 and share four children: North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm. She filed for divorce in 2021, and their marriage was legally dissolved in 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n After their separation, Kardashian dated comedian Pete Davidson for about nine months, with their relationship ending in August 2022.
