Abinader appoints Edward Guzmán director of Senasa

Santo Domingo RD.- President Luis Abinader appointed Dr. Edward Rafael Guzmán Padilla as the new director of the National Health Insurance (Senasa). The designation is contained in decree 461-25.

Guzmán Padilla, who was general manager of the National Council for Social Security (CNSS), led the coordination of several projects, such as Senasa Cares for You and the Framework Agreement between the National Health Service and Senasa, while he was Vice Minister of Planning and Development.
