Santo Domingo. — With the sponsorship of Autozama Mercedes-Benz, the renowned visual artist Máximo Caminero presented his most recent exhibition titled “Chaos & Equilibrium,” a profound reflection on the tensions that define the human experience. The inauguration, which took place at the Autozama Museum facilities, brought together prominent members of the cultural and business community, and was accompanied by an emotional speech in honor of the businessman Miguel Hernández, who always supported contemporary art.
The event was chaired by Ramón Ernesto Morales, president of Autozama SAS; Mario Martínez, art collector; Máximo Caminero, the exhibiting artist; Amanda Martínez, curator of the exhibition; and María del Carmen Ossaye, cultural advisor. During the opening, Morales highlighted the importance of art as a driver of innovation and reflection: “Art has the ability to inspire us and connect us with our deepest emotions, and today we have the privilege of living that experience through the work of Máximo Caminero”.

The exhibition curator, Amanda Martínez, commented that the 25 pieces presented explore themes such as order and rupture, consciousness and the subconscious, and the interaction between matter and spirit. Through an abstract and gestural language, Caminero constructs surfaces where color, texture, and compositional rhythm dialogue in constant friction and harmony. María del Carmen Ossaye, for her part, thanked Autozama for its support of art and culture, recognizing the positive impact of these types of initiatives to bring artistic creation closer to new audiences. The exhibition “Chaos & Equilibrium” will be open to the public until March 2, 2026, from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays until 2:00 p.m., at the Autozama Museum, located on Winston Churchill Avenue, Ensanche Paraíso, Santo Domingo.About Máximo Caminero
