It was the airline’s best month in its history, surpassing Delta, United, and Copa in passengers transported.
Santo Domingo- The Dominican flag carrier Arajet reported that it achieved its best month in history in July with record figures in passengers transported and sales through its website.
According to data published on the portal of the Civil Aviation Board of the Dominican Republic, Arajet transported 128,178 passengers in the month of July, not counting transit passengers, which according to the airline were about 15 thousand in that period, so the total number of passengers in the month of July exceeded the threshold of 140 thousand passengers transported for the first time.
With these figures, Arajet positioned itself as the third airline with the most passengers transported in July, only behind Jetblue and American Airlines, which transported 463 thousand and 216 thousand respectively; and surpassing for the first time Delta, United and Copa which transported 126 thousand, 123 thousand and 112 respectively.
In addition, Arajet accounted for 80% of passenger transport among Dominican airlines, followed by Sky High which transported 15% and Air Century, Red Air and Panorama jets which transported 5%.

The airline also reported that July 2025 was the best month in sales, driven by summer promotions that were carried out to stimulate the arrival of tourists to the country in the coming months, as well as activations in the United States for the Dominican diaspora.
