Santo Domingo.- The main stores in the country registered this Monday a high influx of citizens who, from early hours, went in search of offers, mainly in appliances and household items.
In a tour conducted by De Último Minuto, the commercial establishments visited showed long lines in aisles and checkout areas, while shoppers sought to take advantage of the discounts announced for the commercial day.
According to statements from an employee of one of the visited stores, among the most demanded products are essential appliances (televisions, fans, blenders), reclining seats, air conditioners and electric speakers, items that many consumers consider a priority for the end-of-year holidays.
In some cases, businesses adjusted their staff to handle the flow of visitors and expedite the payment and dispatch processes of goods.
Despite the large movement, the establishments reported an organized atmosphere and a positive response from the public, which confirms that this type of event continues to be an attraction for Dominican consumers.
