Incident in Bella Vista tower does not involve El Alfa

Santo Domingo.- In an incident that occurred in an apartment tower in the Bella Vista sector where a Jeep Mercedes Benz G-Wagon received several shots from members of the National Police, it transpired that the urban artist El Alfa was involved.

The vehicle with license plate G609481 and black color does not belong to the urban singer Emmanuel Herrera Batista, El Alfa’s given name, it is registered in the name of a woman who, according to the spokesperson for the National Police, Diego Pesqueira, is a repeat offender in robbery.

In a call made by journalists from this media outlet, Pesqueira stated that “I have nothing to do with El Alfa. That vehicle is in a woman’s name. It has nothing to do with the artist. I don’t know if he lives in that tower”.

Authorities have not made any further statements about the case, but they assured that the person driving the vehicle was a repeat offender for theft.
