Santo Domingo. – The Second Instruction Court of the National District declared the Dominican urban singer Rosa María Pineda Aguavivas, artistically known as La Ross María, in contempt of court within the framework of a judicial process filed by the company 829 Music Mundial LLC.
The decision was adopted after the artist failed to appear at the preliminary hearing held on May 26, 2026, despite having been duly summoned by the court, as established by the judicial resolution.
According to the document, the interpreter also failed to provide a valid justification explaining her absence before the judicial body, which prompted the Public Prosecutor’s Office to request that she be declared in contempt of court.
