Los Angeles (USA).- Madonna announced this Friday that ‘Confessions II – The Film’ will arrive on the YouTube platform on June 8 at 11:00 am ET (15:00 GMT).
The film will premiere today at the New York Tribeca Film Festival, just 24 hours after the Queen of Pop surprised her fans with a concert in Times Square to present ‘Confessions II’, her fifteenth studio album and sequel to ‘Confessions on a Dance Floor’ (2005), which is scheduled for release on July 3rd.
The author of ‘Like a Virgin’ made the announcement through her X account, where she shared the movie poster. In the image, she appears suspended from a harness, with her legs crossed and wearing black boots, against a striking red background.

The festival described the film as “an ambitious visual work of more than 10 minutes, built around the first six songs of Madonna’s upcoming album, including ‘I Feel So Free’ and ‘Bring Your Love’ featuring Sabrina Carpenter”.
“Each song unfolds over six chapters, each a sensual thriller, a dance illusion, an epic fever dream. Like the album, it blurs the distinction between songs, building cosmic narratives that follow a twisted dream logic,” she adds.
Recently Madonna appeared at the Coachella Festival as a guest star in Carpenter’s show, who was one of the headliners of this edition.
