Juan Dolio.- Businessman and content creator Santiago Matías celebrated achieving a new Guinness World Record after the Planeta Alofoke project was recognized for conducting the longest video stream in history, with an uninterrupted broadcast of 55 days.
After receiving the official certification, Matías thanked the audience, sponsors, participants, media, and the production team that made the feat possible.
“This puts the Dominican Republic on high because it places us on the streaming map as a real power, certified by this great organization,” he expressed.
The communicator recalled that this is the third Guinness recognition achieved by the Alofoke platform and assured that the result is the fruit of years of innovation in digital content creation and live broadcasts.

Likewise, he explained that Planeta Alofoke represented a significant technological challenge by combining content inside and outside the studio without interrupting the live signal, a modality that, as he indicated, marks a new stage in digital entertainment.
During his statements, he announced that among the upcoming projects is “La Isla de los Fokas”, in addition to a new initiative focused on training content creators and streamers.
“I am going to boost new figures who have a lot of potential for streaming and digital entertainment,” he stated.
