Los Angeles.- The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office is reviewing two separate cases of alleged sexual assault against music producer and businessman Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.
Investigators from the Los Angeles Police Department and the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department presented two separate cases, both involving the same victim, to the district attorney’s office, according to a statement reported this Wednesday by the Los Angeles Times.
Although the authorities initially kept the case under strict confidentiality, U.S. media indicated that the alleged victim is music producer and publicist Jonathan Hay, who accuses Combs of having sexually assaulted him, held him against his will, and harassed him in separate incidents that occurred in Los Angeles between 2020 and 2021.

The American rapper, founder of the record label Bad Boy Records and promoter of the careers of musicians such as The Notorious BIG or Danity Kane, is serving a sentence of more than four years in prison after being found guilty in July of two counts of providing transportation for the purpose of prostitution.
After a trial that lasted two months, the 55-year-old musical artist was exonerated of the most serious charges he faced, sex trafficking and racketeering.
The prosecution accused Diddy of forcing his now ex-girlfriends to engage in encounters with male sex workers that typically involved the use of drugs, such as ecstasy or ketamine, and which could last for days.
