New video shows a helicopter losing control and crashing onto a taxiway at an airport in Utah.
The Bell 206 bounced on impact before becoming airborne again, spinning to the right and slamming back into the ground.
The tailboom and main rotor system separated during the crash. Both people aboard the helicopter suffered minor injuries.
According to the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), the instructor lost control while reaching across the cockpit to adjust the engine governor during a hover.
Investigators found no mechanical malfunction or failure that would have prevented the helicopter from operating normally.
