San Juan.- More than 15 flights canceled at the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU) due to adverse weather conditions impacting the eastern United States, as reported this Sunday by Aerostar, the company that manages the airport facilities.
According to aviation authorities, nine arrival flights, with an estimated 1,845 passengers affected, and seven departure flights, impacting another 1,403 travelers.
The vast majority of cancelled flights are from the airline JetBlue bound for New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK).
In this context, Aerostar urged passengers with flights scheduled during the coming hours to stay in contact with their respective airlines to obtain updated information on the status of their flights.
