Colombian Foreign Minister Omar Bula said the government has not excluded any country from cooperation efforts and stressed that decisions are not based on ideological or political considerations.
“We have not excluded absolutely any country,” Bula said during a press conference, adding that the government works with countries that have offered assistance and welcomes their support with deep appreciation.
