Boca Chica. – More than 250 participants brought to life this weekend the first edition of the Tourist, Sports and Environmental Rally “Secrets of Boca Chica”, an innovative event that combined adventure, sport, culture and ecological awareness, achieving an unprecedented impact in the area.
From the early hours of the morning, the teams registered to receive their official kit and delve into the dynamics of 15 challenges loaded with riddles, commands and tests, supported by maps with georeferences and a game passport. Each mission had to be completed and shared on social media with tags to the Boca Chica Tourist Cluster and the sponsors, including the Ministries of Tourism and Sports.
After an intense day, the winners were:
First place: Gregory Santana.
Second place: Alexandra Batiaz Acevedo’s team.
Third place: “Los Obispos” team, led by José Obispo.
The awards ceremony was led by Magyerlin Blanc, general secretary of the Boca Chica Tourist Cluster; Carlos Acevedo, director of the organization, and Lorenny Solano, general producer of the event.

An event with massive support
More than 50 institutions, brands, and allies joined to support the initiative, organized by the Boca Chica Tourist Cluster together with the LASO Foundation, for the benefit of the City of Animals project in Santo Domingo Este.
The success achieved has generated interest in replicating the rally in provinces such as La Romana, Montecristi, Baní and Santiago, which demonstrates its national projection as a model of sustainable and participatory tourism.
The day concluded with a lively after-party on the beach, where DJ Stylo, the most popular in Boca Chica, along with local artists, kept attendees in a festive atmosphere until late afternoon.
The “Secrets of Boca Chica” Rally is emerging as a platform for tourism, cultural, and environmental promotion, consolidating Boca Chica as an innovative and leading destination in the Caribbean.
