The Family Integration Center (CIF) graduated more than 3,700 people during the year 2025, after completing training processes in 30 training areas.
17 technical courses and 11 workshops of human-social and family training were carried out, developed in coordination with public institutions, through the Center for the Promotion and Promotion of Non-Profit Associations and the Ministry of Education.
The information was provided by the general director of CIF, Argentina Henríquez, during the 42nd graduation of the institution, held at the center’s facilities, located in the Herrera sector. The event was also attended by Evelyn Battle, member of the CIF Board of Directors, Mrs. Jennie Moya, representative of MINERD, and Jorgina Pujols, coordinator of Educational Programs. The graduates completed studies in technical areas such as Basic Computing, Microsoft Word, basic and advanced Excel, web page design, fundamentals of computer networks, basic accounting, basic accounting assistant and pharmacy assistant, among other training courses aimed at improving employability. In the human-social and family area, the CIF developed workshops on the management of intra and extra-family violence, conflict resolution and culture of peace, affectivity and care in the family, socio-affective support in conflictive contexts, family communication and self-esteem, prevention of community conflicts, values training, good use of social networks, and the workshop “Building a sustainable planet”. During her speech, Argentina Henríquez, director of the CIF, stated that “today we celebrate the culmination of a stage of studies and achievements amidst adversities; a stage of transformation of problems into opportunities; a stage of changing perspectives, a perspective of true humanism“. He added that the CIF conceives its training spaces as scenarios of critical reflection, where one is educated for autonomy, freedom, and love of neighbor: “The other is not my competition, as the market encourages; the other is my companion on the road, with whom we build participation, friendship, and organization, looking at the present and envisioning a better future”.
