CENAPEC graduates 1,036 new High School Graduates in Santo Domingo and inland centers

APEC Distance Education Centers (CENAPEC) held its Fifty-Third Ordinary Graduation, investing 621 new high school graduates under the General Modality, belonging to Santo Domingo, Boca Chica, San Pedro de Macorís, and the Athletics baseball academy, as well as from the collaborating companies and institutions: General Customs Directorate, EDESSA, METALDOM, V Energy Employees, AFS Intercultural, B. Braun, Naturgy with its Solidario Day program, and TotalEnergies with the “Don’t abandon your Dreams” program. With this investiture, CENAPEC adds a total of 1,036 new high school graduates nationwide, corresponding to the 2024-2025 school year, which includes prospects from the Houston Astros, Arizona Diamondbacks, Kansas City Royals, Angeles Angels, Dodgers, New York Mets, Milwaukee Brewers, Phillies, Texas Rangers and New York Yankees baseball academies.

During the central words of the graduation ceremony, Lic. Harold Molina, president of the Board of Directors of CENAPEC, addressed the graduates expressing: “Today we are here because you have worked hard. You have overcome challenges, you have learned lessons and you have grown as people. The road to get here has not been easy, but you have shown that, with dedication, effort and perseverance, any goal is achievable. Not only have you completed your studies, but you have developed skills and values that will always accompany you.”

On this occasion, student Johanna Carolina Castro Segura obtained the academic excellence recognition and received a full scholarship from Universidad APEC (UNAPEC), a medal, and a graduation ring from Joyería Brador. Subsequently, Angela Valerio Jiménez delivered the graduation speech corresponding to the academic year 2024-2025 on behalf of her classmates.
