VIP Crew and ARAJET sign strategic agreement to strengthen aeronautical talent

Santo Domingo.– The VIP Crew Training Center and the airline Arajet signed an important strategic collaboration agreement with the aim of enhancing the training and access to employment of future cabin crew members in the Dominican Republic. The agreement was signed by Arajet CEO, Don Victor Pacheco, and Tripulantes VIP founder and president, Don Alfredo Hernández Paz, in an event held at Arajet headquarters, with the presence of executives from both institutions.

With this alliance, Arajet recognizes Tripulantes VIP as an allied center in the training and evaluation of human talent, as well as in the integral preparation of aspiring cabin crew members, who meet the high standards of safety, service and professionalism demanded by the current airline industry.

In turn, he highlighted that “this agreement validates the trajectory of more than 15 years of Tripulantes VIP training highly qualified professionals, and represents a new stage of direct collaboration with the main airlines in the country.” This agreement is part of the efforts of both institutions to boost the growth of the Dominican aeronautical sector, generate quality jobs, and contribute to the country’s positioning as an air hub in the Caribbean.
