Santo Domingo.– President Luis Abinader will lead, from this Sunday 29th to Tuesday 31st of March, an intense work schedule in the provinces of San Juan, Santo Domingo, Santiago and Samaná, as part of the governmental agenda aimed at strengthening the well-being and development of the communities.
In San Juan, he will lead the first graduation of the ISA University, Bohechío campus; in Santo Domingo Oeste, he will inaugurate the OMSA administrative building; in Santiago, he will participate in the commemorative acts of the Battle of March 30, in addition to delivering property titles and inaugurating sports buildings; while, in Samaná, he will inaugurate the entrance work to the province and hold a working table.
March 29, Bohechío – San Juan
The presidential agenda begins this Sunday, March 29, in the municipality of Bohechío, San Juan province, where the Head of State will lead the ceremony of the first graduation of students from ISA University in this university campus.
With this act, the president reaffirms his commitment to academic development and technical training in the southern region of the country.
Santo Domingo Oeste
Then, the president will move to the municipality of Santo Domingo Oeste, where he will inaugurate the new administrative building of the Metropolitan Transportation Operator (OMSA), on Prolongación 27 de Febrero.
Monday, March 30, Santiago
On Monday, March 30, President Abinader will travel to the province of Santiago to lead the official acts in honor of the Battle of March 30.
The activities will begin with the traditional Te Deum in the Metropolitan Cathedral of Santiago Apóstol, and then preside over the civic-military parade on Las Carreras Avenue.
Later, the president will lead the act of handing over property titles, providing legal security to hundreds of families in the area.
In support of youth and sports, the ruler will deliver a covered court in Cienfuegos, Santiago Oeste, a work that will contribute to healthy recreation and the strengthening of sports and community activities in the sector.
The president’s schedule this Monday will conclude in Santiago with the inauguration of a covered court in Licey al Medio, a work that will strengthen sports practice, recreation, and the development of community activities for the benefit of young people and families in the area.
Tuesday, March 31, Samaná
The agenda of President Abinader for Tuesday, March 31st will begin in Samaná with the inauguration of the entrance to the province, a strategic work for the strengthening of tourism on the peninsula.
To conclude his agenda, the president will lead a working meeting in Arroyo Barril, where ongoing development projects and the priority needs of the community will be evaluated.
With this series of activities, the Dominican government continues its policy of territorial proximity and execution of works that boost the economy and improve the quality of life of citizens.
