The beneficiaries highlighted that the document provides them with peace of mind and legal security regarding the land where they have lived for decades.“Not even the rain was going to stop us today. This is a very important day for us because after so many years we finally have our title,” expressed Luis Beras, one of the residents after receiving his certificate.

“We are very happy because now we can say that our house is really ours. This gives us peace and security for our families,” commented Lourdes Rosario, another of the people favored with the delivery. They also thanked the president for promoting the title program that has benefited thousands of families in the municipality of Los Alcarrizos. “We thank the president for thinking of us. We had been waiting for this moment for many years,” they stated. The delivery is part of the titling program developed by the Government through the Technical Executive Unit for State Land Titling, an initiative that seeks to guarantee legal security, increase the value of properties, and improve the quality of life of the benefited families.
