Santo Domingo. – Arajet announced that it will provide facilities to passengers affected by flight cancellations by Spirit Airlines on the routes between Boston and Miami, from or to Santo Domingo, during the month of May.
The airline announced that interested passengers will be able to travel with a special fare of only “129 dollars per trip”, taxes and fees included. This measure will be available exclusively during May for those who can prove that they had a confirmed ticket with Spirit Airlines on the affected routes.
Arajet highlighted that this initiative seeks to minimize the impact on the travel plans of hundreds of passengers, especially on high-demand routes such as Miami and Boston, which maintain a strong connection with the Dominican diaspora and the tourist flow to the country.
“At Arajet, we are committed to offering real solutions to passengers. We understand the importance of connectivity, especially for our community abroad, which is why we have activated this support plan for those who have been affected by these cancellations,” the airline indicated in a statement.
Interested parties can manage their reservations through Arajet’s customer service center (call center), presenting evidence of their original ticket issued by Spirit Airlines.
