Azua. — With the aim that no young person from Azua is left out of the academic opportunities offered by the Government, the Provincial Government of Azua, led by María Minerva Navarro, coordinated a strategic day of socialization of the “Beca Tu Futuro” program, together with representatives of the
MESCYT, the Ministry of the Presidency and academic centers of the province.
During the meeting, the participating institutions presented new facilities, updated requirements, and priority areas of study, reinforcing the governmental commitment to promote the professional training of young people in careers with high national and international demand.
UTESUR and UASD Centro Azua authorities explained the application and accompaniment processes, while MESCYT highlighted that Azua remains among the provinces with the greatest academic growth potential, which is why it seeks to increase the number of scholarship recipients in 2025.
“We are ensuring that every young person has access to clear, fast, and reliable information. We want Azua to become one of the provinces with the greatest participation in ‘Beca Tu Futuro’”, underscored Governor Navarro.
The day concluded with the commitment of the institutions to maintain technical working groups, follow up on applicants, and ensure that the youth of Azua make the most of this educational transformation initiative.
