Carolina Mejía strengthens her political structure with a schedule of meetings in Bonao

Santo Domingo.— The presidential pre-candidate of the Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM), Carolina Mejía, developed this Friday an extensive agenda of meetings in the province of Monseñor Nouel, as part of the strengthening of its political structure in view of the internal aspirations of its organization. During her visit to Bonao, Mejía was received by Senator Héctor Acosta and Representative Nolberto Ortiz at Típico Bonao Sur, from where she began a series of meetings with leaders and local figures. As part of his agenda, he held meetings with lawyer Roberto Rosario, as well as with provincial leaders, including Sandro Ortiz, Leo Peralta, and Juan Pablo Hernández. The day will conclude with a meeting with the provincial team of the C28 movement, in an effort to consolidate support in that constituency.

Mejía has maintained a national tour in which he seeks to strengthen his political project, betting on consolidating himself as the figure that guarantees the continuity of the Modern Revolutionary Party in power beyond the year 2028. In that context, she has received support from various internal sectors of the party, as well as from business actors and citizens who see in her figure a possible option to become the first female president of the Dominican Republic.
