Santo Domingo.- The Emergency Operations Center (COE) reported this Wednesday the discontinuation of the tsunami alert for the entire southern coast of the country, after receiving the bulletin issued by the Dominican Institute of Meteorology (INDOMET).
n” “nThe agency also lifted the yellow alert levels for the provinces of Pedernales and Barahona, as well as the green alert that included Azua, Peravia, San Cristóbal, Santo Domingo, the National District, San Pedro de Macorís, La Romana, and La Altagracia.
n” “nThe COE thanked the population for remaining vigilant and following the guidelines provided by civil protection agencies during the monitoring period.
