Court postpones until Thursday, February 26, precautionary measure filed by Dekolor against Intrant
Santo Domingo.- The Superior Administrative Court postponed until next Thursday, February 26, the hearing of the precautionary measure filed by the company Dekolor, S.R.L. against the National Institute of Transit and Terrestrial Transportation (Intrant).
The legal action was filed with the aim of protecting the stability of employees and the rights of creditors, given the situation surrounding the driving license issuance contract, which has been in operation for more than 25 years.
Yesterday, Wednesday, February 19th, the Intrant formally requested Dekolor to suspend all services related to the issuance of driver’s licenses starting today, Thursday, at 5:00 p.m., a situation that directly impacts hundreds of employees, suppliers, and users of the system.
