From his side, Pablo Goyeneche, manager of SIDIDOM, the trust company promoting the project, stated that the development of housing represents the construction of opportunities and well-being for hundreds of Dominican families. Among the beneficiaries are public servants, members of the Armed Forces, and Dominicans residing abroad, who were able to access their own housing through housing support programs.“Every family that receives the keys to their home today takes an important step towards greater stability and well-being. From the Government we continue to promote mechanisms that facilitate access to housing solutions,” said the minister.

Cases like those of Joel Herrera, a member of the National Police; Carlos Paredes, a frigate captain of the Dominican Navy; and Juana Bautista Santana, a resident in the United States, reflect the scope of the social initiative. Prado Alto San Luis is part of a housing development model aimed at offering quality housing through planning, financing, and joint management between developers, financial institutions, and authorities. The second stage of the project adds to the units previously delivered, consolidating Prado Alto San Luis as an initiative of impact for the community of San Luis and its surroundings, the result of coordinated work between developers, financial institutions, and authorities.
