The Central Bank of the Dominican Republic published the reference prices for the purchase and sale of the US dollar for this Friday, June 6, 2026, as follows:
Financial entities set the buying rate at RD$58.96 and the selling rate at RD$61.13.
These figures reflect a slight daily depreciation of 0.15% in buying and 0.20% in selling compared to the previous day.
In the remittances and exchange agents sector, the buying rate was RD$59.63 and the selling rate was RD$60.85
As in commercial banking, a marginal daily depreciation was recorded, but a solid accumulated appreciation of 5.44% is maintained compared to the close of the year 2025, when the purchase rate averaged RD$62.87.
