The International Department of the Central Bank issued the reference prices for the purchase and sale of the Dollar in the Dominican Republic for this Tuesday, August 19, as follows:
The buying price of the dollar is RD$61.67. This is the value at which entities buy dollars from users.
As the selling price of the dollar amounts to RD$62.40. This is the value at which entities sell dollars to users.
In general, the dollar began August around RD$ 60.3–60.9, rose towards the middle of the month, reaching a peak close to RD$ 61.50, and around the 18th maintained a slight correction to RD$ 61.41.
The US dollar has shown an upward trend for much of the month, but shows signs of stabilization in recent days.
