As part of the strategy to strengthen the internationalization of Dominican companies and expand business opportunities in strategic markets, the Export and Investment Center of the Dominican Republic (ProDominicana) participated during the month of July in three of the main trade fairs in the Caribbean and the United States, promoting the quality, diversity, and competitiveness of the national export offer.
As a result of this joint participation, Dominican companies generated estimated business intentions of US$3,678,745.00, reflecting the growing international interest in national products and contributing to strengthening export growth prospects, as well as the presence of the Dominican exportable supply in strategic markets.
The international agenda began with the Trade & Investment Convention (TIC) 2026, held at the Centre of Excellence in Trinidad and Tobago, where the Dominican Republic was present with its exportable offer. Subsequently, ProDominicana participated in Cosmoprof Las Vegas 2026, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, in the United States, one of the main international business fairs for the beauty industry in the Americas. In this edition, Dominican companies are exhibiting innovative hair care, personal care, and cosmetic products, strengthening the country’s presence in a highly competitive market.
The participating companies were: Laboratorio Capilo Español, Halka Industrial, Avacare, Inversiones y Negocios, S.A., Laboratorios Dr. Collado, Laboratorios Lemuel, Importadora Fernández García Tejada, and Bahaily Natural Products, which present product lines for hair care, body care, specialized cosmetics, and products made with natural ingredients.
The agenda concluded with participation in the NSA Trade Show 2026, at the Meadowlands Exposition Center, in Secaucus, New Jersey.
