Samaná.- By order of the President of the Republic, Luis Abinader, steps are already being taken to achieve the electrical interconnection of the El Progreso del Limón Distribution Company with the Santa Bárbara de Samaná substation.
This was reported by lawyer Fabiery Mercedes Morel, who spoke on behalf of the distribution company and explained that dialogues and coordination are currently being developed with the Superintendency of Electricity,
El Progreso del Limón and Edenorte.
The proposal contemplates using the existing electrical grids in the Juana Vicenta community, with the purpose of establishing a direct connection to the Santa Bárbara de Samaná substation.
