The Central Bank of the Dominican Republic published the reference prices for the purchase and sale of the euro for this Friday, December 5, 2025, as follows:
Financial Entities recorded a Euro buying rate of RD$72.64 and a selling rate of RD$76.88. These figures showed a depreciation of the Euro compared to both the previous day and the previous month.
Compared to the previous day, the purchase rate had shown a depreciation of -0.36%, and the selling rate, of -0.25%.
Compared to the closing a month ago, the depreciation was -0.30% on the buy and -0.29% on the sell.
For their part, Remittance and Exchange Agents handled slightly different rates: RD$73.46 for buying and RD$75.33 for selling.
These agents experienced a greater depreciation in daily sales, with a -0.46% compared to the previous day, and a -0.39% in purchases.
However, the depreciation was lower in the monthly comparison, reaching -0.16% in the purchase and -0.11% in the sale.
