These figures represent a slight depreciation of the Dominican peso compared to the previous close, when the purchase was at RD$72.47 (-0.01%) and the sale at RD$76.78 (-0.02%). Remittance and exchange agents presented slightly different levels, with a purchase rate of RD$73.21 and a selling rate of RD$75.28 as of December 31st.
When comparing this data with the previous month’s closing, it is observed that a month ago the purchase rate was RD$72.3648, which is equivalent to a variation of -1.16%. of the Dominican peso.
