The Central Bank of the Dominican Republic published the reference prices for the purchase and sale of the euro for this Tuesday, January 27, 2026, as follows:
In banking entities, the buying rate was RD$72.16 and the selling rate was RD$76.43.
This represents a slight variation compared to the previous day, when the purchase was at RD$72.14 and the sale at RD$76.41.
Observing the performance since the end of 2025, a slight accumulated appreciation of the Dominican peso against the euro is noted, of 0.44% in buying and 0.48% in selling.
For their part, the exchange agents offered slightly different conditions, with a buying rate of RD$72.77 and a selling rate of RD$74.61.
Compared to the close of the previous year, these agents show a similar trend to that of the banks, with an appreciation of the peso of 0.61% in the purchase and 0.89% in the sale.
